There was a lot of miscommunication during the process and sometimes no communication. Had certain things been communicated sooner or the process better described other arrangements could have been made things would have gone a bit faster, but it was not and then wasn't processed until 2 weeks before closing and time is of the essence. The process became a nightmare and I feel better communication and patience could have improved it significantly.

The level of communication and professionalism was impressive. Client was with another lender before we met who informed him that his paystubs "looked sketchy" and ultimately made some mistakes that had us pull out of a deal before it became an issue. Working with Kelly was a day and night difference. Her understanding of the process and her knowledge of financing strategies allowed us to adjust LTV, prepay mortgage insurance and keep 9k in the client's pocket while maintaining the same payment.
